Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in our services
Conduct inbound calls and respond to inquiries via email or other communication channels
Educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings
Address any questions or concerns potential customers may have
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position our products or services effectively
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in using Zoom and MS Office Suite
