We are seeking a dedicated Production Lead to join our team in overseeing the operations. The ideal candidate will show persistence, punctuality, and determination.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise production activities to ensure efficiency and quality output.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Carry out simple instructions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work safely and properly use equipment.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of basic technology of area where assigned.
- Knowledge of quality and safe work procedures.
- Must be 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
- Valid Driver's License Required.
- Must have interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Must be capable of working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Ability to carry out assignments/tasks assigned.
- Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.
- Ability to perform quality checks throughout the process.
