Agentis Builders is Hiring a Working Foreman Near Allendale, MI

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Working Foreman to join our construction team. As a Working Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and actively participating in various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, including scheduling, material procurement, and workforce management.

- Demonstrate proficiency in carpentry, tile installation, trim work, drywall, and flooring to provide guidance and assistance to team members as needed.

- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure timely project completion.

- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in carpentry, tile, trim, drywall, and flooring.

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
