Law firm seeking a Paralegal with 5 - 10 years of experience working in corporate transactions, including IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions, re-incorporations, stock option plans and venture capital financings. Servicing a broad array of clients including technology start-ups, emerging growth companies and public firms. The position will provide a varied work experience, with a focus on incorporating high tech companies, perform records management, administer, and implement stock option plans, handle venture capital financings, and conduct blue sky research. Position will oversee intricate shareholder mailings with assistance of other legal analysts.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate integrity, solid attention to detail, superior communication skills and exceptional organizational ability. Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent with a paralegal certificate form an ABA-approved program and a minimum of 5 to 10 years of directly related work experience.
