Seeking a California licensed Associate Litigation Attorney (remote acceptable) with 2.5 to 5 years of experience for a dynamic job opportunity. We seek a candidate to be part of a trial team covering all aspects of litigation. We are a small boutique defense litigation firm where everyone participates in all aspects of each case from researching and writing motions to taking depositions of plaintiffs, lay and expert witnesses, to preparing and participating in trial should a case go to trial. We investigate each case and come up with creative factual and legal defenses unique to our area of practice. We are looking for attorneys who are self-starters to work with a lot of independence yet still be part of our defense team. Experience in asbestos or benzene/toxic tort litigation is highly preferred.
