We are seeking a skilled Phone Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling a multi-line phone system, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate person
- Assist callers with inquiries and provide information about the company or services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain phone systems and ensure they are functioning properly
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with callers
- Dispatch calls or messages to relevant departments promptly

Experience:

- Previous experience in a clerical or front desk role is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with dispatching procedures is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for this position
