- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with callers
- Dispatch calls or messages to relevant departments promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or front desk role is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with dispatching procedures is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for this position
