Position Summary
True Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will report to the Project Manager and work closely with other stakeholders to ensure project success. You will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, communicating with team members and stakeholders, monitoring project timelines, and providing regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
§ Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing projects using software development Agile methodologies.
§ Coordinate project tasks and schedule.
§ Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
§ Monitor project timelines and budgets.
§ Track project progress and report regularly to stakeholders.
§ Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
§ Assist with risk management and issue resolution,
§ Participate in project meetings and provide input and recommendations.
§ Assist with project planning, including creating project plans and timelines.
§ Support the project team as needed to ensure project success.
Personal Skills
§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
§ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
§ Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
Professional Experience
§ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience.
§ 1-2 years of experience in project management or related field.
§ Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Compensation
§ 45k-52k per year
§ 16 paid days off and 10 paid holidays per year
