We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Charlotte, NC area. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working in a hybrid manner providing a balanced work environment. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, deploying, and maintaining innovative applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Your expertise will be crucial in building scalable, efficient, and high-performance solutions hosted on AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using the MEAN stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Must be local to Charlotte, NC and willing to go onsite 3 days per week
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
- Proven experience in developing applications hosted on AWS.
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
