Wa are currently undergoing a transition to a new warehouse facility in Conyers, GA. As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in establishing efficient workflows in our new location.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Operations Officer to develop and implement effective warehouse strategies and procedures.
- Oversee a team of 10-14 warehouse staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, including the inspection, storage, and distribution of furniture and household items.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
- Implement safety protocols and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to create a secure working environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed to the Operations Officer.
- Proven experience (3 years) in warehouse management or a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
- Solid understanding of shipping and receiving processes, including freight forwarding and transportation logistics.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET, with occasional weekend availability for deliveries or urgent matters.
