Requirements:

To apply for the position of Quality Control Inspector, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in quality inspection using measurement tools and techniques. Experience in injection and blow molding is desirable, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge in the use of mechanical measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, scales, etc. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word programs is necessary.

The candidate should also be able to read product drawings and measure the product according to the drawing specifications.

Moreover, candidates must have the ability to read and write in English and possess basic mathematical knowledge

Responsibilities:

As a Quality Control Inspector, responsibilities include performing inspections of first parts, in-process parts, and final parts to ensure all work adheres to printing and other customer specifications. This involves accurately recording all test data and completing test reports before shipments.

The role also requires preparing inspection and test reports and maintaining QA/QC files related to the assignment. Additionally, the Quality Control Inspector supports production by identifying and documenting non-compliant products.

Furthermore, the candidate should be flexible, available, and willing to assist in any areas within the company as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
