About this Role

Agility Partners is working with a leading retail grocer based out of Ohio in search of a highly technical and talented Project Manager. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver the implementation of retail store infrastructure projects.

The PM needs to be highly engaged in the work to drive technical teams and vendors to milestones, and effective at resolving issues requiring collaboration of many stakeholders. They need to demonstrate strong communication within and outside of team to align dependencies. This individual will be able to keep technical teams on track and work to escalate issues as appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate

Skilled Needed for this role:

• Retail install experience at a large scale

• Network and kiosk experience a plus.

• Proven problem solving and organizational skills

• Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget

• Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization

• Advanced analytical, problem solving and expert communication skills

• Knowledge of advanced project management, basic program management, and basic portfolio concepts, practices, and procedures within reporting area
