About this Role
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Integration Architect to fill an open position within the Commercial Digital Integration team for our banking client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to own, communicate, and refine integration architecture across customer-facing Channels for Commercial Customers. As an Integration Architect, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders, apply enterprise integration patterns, define integration solutions, and drive robust API and data integration platforms.
In this role you will:
- Lead discovery sessions and develop integration architectures in collaboration with Product Managers, Owners, and specific Architects
- Oversee the overall technical design and implementation of a scalable data integration and API platform
- Produce architecture roadmaps reflecting target state solutions using agile principles
- Mentor developers, define technical debt stories, and present solutions to diverse stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
- 7 years of IT experience in architecture design and solution delivery
- Proficiency in Java, the Spring framework, and Agile Architecture practice
- Experience in DevOps, data solution testing, and commercial/business banking.
- Familiarity with banking data models and fintech systems is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
