Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Maintains current knowledge of Windows based applications and relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Participates in special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years experience in Information Technology
  • Managed Service Provider experience a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
