Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director or VP of Telecommunications Delivery to lead and oversee complex projects within the telecommunications domain. The ideal candidate will possess extensive domain knowledge in telecommunications, a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and a strong development background. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage telecommunications projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance, leveraging experience in JAVA Microservices, ADF, AEM, PLSQL, and SOA to steer project direction and solve complex problems.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Team Management: Oversee and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous learning and development.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and best practices, conducting regular reviews and implementing improvements where necessary.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, key metrics, and potential issues, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 10 years of experience in telecommunications and development.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role (Director/VP level) within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong experience with JAVA Microservices, ADF, AEM, PLSQL, and SOA.
• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Skills:
