This is a full-time, onsite role.What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify our brand’s reach and visibility.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, including social listening.
- Perform other projects and tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the auto finance or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns and growing social media followings.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement tools.
