Ago Home Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to oversee and enhance our cleaning operations. In this role, you will manage a team of cleaners, ensuring that both residential and commercial spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive experience in housekeeping management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct and supervise the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of cleaning tasks to ensure all areas meet our sanitation and cleanliness criteria.
• Training and Development: Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to existing staff to ensure all team members are proficient in the latest cleaning techniques and practices.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage staff schedules and assignments to optimize coverage and cleaning effectiveness.
• Equipment and Supplies Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order, and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure they are used efficiently and stored safely.
• Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for client concerns and ensure exceptional service is delivered at all times.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols among the team, ensuring that all practices comply with health and safety regulations.

• - Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including floors, surfaces, and restrooms.
• - Perform thorough housekeeping management tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• - Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility.
• - Utilize commercial cleaning equipment to effectively clean and sanitize all areas of the facility.
• - Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored in a safe and secure location.
• - Work in a team environment to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned to the highest standard.
• - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• - Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
• - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

**Requirements**

• - Experience in housekeeping management and residential or commercial cleaning.
• - Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• - Experience with floor care equipment and techniques.
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• - Experience working in a hotel or similar setting.
• - Excellent customer service skills.
• - Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• - Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job.
• - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• - Familiarity with custodial practices and procedures.
• - Ability to sanitize and clean surfaces effectively.
• - Experience with cleaning products and chemicals.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• - Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel to different locations.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Compensation: $17/hour
Location: Various locations across South Jersey

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
