As a Business Analyst for our CMS and related integrations project, you will play a key role in understanding and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to ensure the successful delivery of a feature-rich and optimized CMS solution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements for the CMS and related integrations project.
• Specifically focus on multilingual support, SEO requirements.
• Work closely with the development and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Specify multilingual content requirements and user interface considerations.
• Work with development teams to implement robust multilingual support within the CMS platform.
• Identify SEO goals and objectives for the project.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists and developers to implement best practices for on-page SEO capabilities.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and project progress.
• Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or questions from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the QA team to develop test cases and ensure that multilingual, SEO features meet quality standards.
• Conduct testing and validation to identify and address issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

Essential Skills and Experience Required

• 7 years overall IT experience and 5 years of relevant CMS (WordPress, Drupal) related Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in overseeing CMS migration approaches, defining migration roadmaps, and providing estimates.
• Certification in Business Analysis or any relevant certification demonstrating expertise and experience in the field.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Should be able communicate with business teams and be able to articulate his thought clearly.
• Should have worked in a fast-paced growth organization and have experience working in a Global Delivery Model with a major IT Services organization
• Should be comfortable and able to present ideas to both technical and business stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions.
• Able to support pre-sales engagements by identifying and communicating potential solutions that meet our customers' needs within their constraints.
