Job Description:

Looking for a Project manager with onboarding experience for New partners/ Vendors to the program.

Salesforce experience required for the built-in activities.

Able to talk solutions and how partner gets evaluated

IOT understanding, 5G and device technology

G suite experience - Gmail, G-Drive and other google products.

Able to do reporting

Responsible for vetting and onboarding for the Wireless Connectivity Partner program (WCP) in support of FWA and IoT objectives. Responsible for managing, formulating and delivering an end-to-end digital experience in line with strategic business objectives. Collaborate across teams to ensure a best in class vetting and onboarding experience for new partners to the program. Generate monthly executive reports for vetting and onboarding program metrics Execution of process re-engineering and integration projects to streamline and increase scalability and efficiency of operations.

Functions include:

Vet and onboard new partners for the WCP program

Identify and solve for process gaps including recommending process, systems and tool enhancements

Quarterback and project manage partner onboarding to ensure it is done quickly and compliantly

Identify and summarize any concerns needing leadership attention

Execute processes in Salesforce.com (SFDC)

Monitor process performance to drive improvement and ongoing process/system enhancements

Participate in redesigning existing processes to streamline revenue stabilization operations across cross functional stakeholder teams.

BASIC

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of experience in the telecom industry

• Analytical and financial skills

• Demonstrated facilitation and project management capabilities with track record of accomplishing goals on deadline

Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail

• Working knowledge of 5G Network Technology, FWA, IoT, Device Technology, SalesForce.com, ECPD, OD Portal, GSuite
