Role Description

This is a contract role for a Provider Service Specialist. The Provider Service Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to provider's service needs. Reviews provider quality reports and update provider records as appropriate to bring configuration in line with company standards. This includes assisting providers with inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing support for their service requests. The role will require on-site presence in Temple, TX.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle and resolve inquiries and issues effectively
• Experience in providing support and assistance to clients or customers
• Proficiency in using relevant computer software and systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and maintaining records
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Knowledge of claims processing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
