Job Summary:

The Test Automation Manager is responsible for leading and managing the test automation team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications through efficient and effective test automation practices. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing automation frameworks and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving the automation suite to enhance testing efficiency.

Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with project and organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for automation and prioritize automation initiatives.
• Plan and allocate resources for test automation projects.

Skills Needed

• Selenium with C# (Specflow / NUnit) is MANDATORY
• This position requires a minimum of 10 years of software quality assurance analysis experience, including an understanding of the software development life cycle, Automation Testing, API/ middleware testing, databases (SQL), system design and analysis, and project management.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development, QA, and software release processes.
• Must be able to define, develop, and implement different test automation frameworks for Web applications (using Selenium and C#), Windows(desktop) applications, and API automation
• Proven ability in designing, creating, and executing automated scripts, manual tests, API tests, and database queries is required.
• Advanced understanding of Functional, Non-Functional, System Integration and Regression testing principles is required.
• Experience with cloud systems such as Azure
• Expert experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA or any other test and defect management tool
