Packaging Assistant (Pre Roll Tech)

This assistant pre roll technician position is a detail oriented and problem solving position. We are looking for a fast learner that is dependable and has good attention to detail. This individual must have the ability to learn how to operate the machinery and computer systems involved with the rolling process. They will work under the immediate supervision of the Labeling and Packaging Manager, who reports to the Inventory Control Manager.

Experience not required but a plus. All necessary training to get the job done will be provided. Attendance is a key factor in this position as it is a two man team and if one member is down it effects our ability to run the machine.

The schedule is 1-10pm; M-F with an hour lunch break and two 15 minute breaks.

This is an entry-level position, which pays $15.00 per hour.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Be precise and pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling and product information;
• Must Safely and efficiently operate Machinery and Computer Systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating product;
• Operate under the high standards our company has for compliance and professionalism;
• Assist in product delivery, as required by the Dispensary Manager and Inventory Control Manager;
• Perform other duties as business needs require, at the direction of management.

Requirements:

Essential qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Must demonstrate accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail;
• Must be at least 21 years of age;
• Must be able to perform physical requirements necessary to the position, including standing for long periods of time, walking the greenhouse, and lifting of 50 pounds;
• Must have a very strong and reliable work ethic;
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to the cultivation facility;
• Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check.
