Role Overview: As an After Market Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers and dealers.
• Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality service delivery, addressing customer needs promptly.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of service technicians and support staff.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural equipment and spare parts.
