How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will get a great career and so much more. You will have the ability to showcase your skills in communicating with AGT Customers supporting their order managment requirements.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Provide exemplary customer service in attitude and aptitude to all internal and external customers.
• Process/review customer orders and all order changes.
• Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to improve the overall experience with AGT Foods
• Order tracking – customer portals for order tracking and tracing purposes to provide customers current information about the status of their order.
• Monitor customer pick-ups (CPU) with assigned warehouses and customers.
• Address order claims related to over/short/damage.
• Assist other Customer Solution Specialist/Coordinator partners to maintain full coverage.

Job Specifications:

• Education required: HS Diploma or GED

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Strong technical acumen - ability to troubleshoot a problem, involve other stakeholders as necessary, and brainstorm potential root causes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Computer skills necessary, proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong background in document tracking or logistics is an asset
