Responsible for the daily operation and administration of Table Gaming areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

• Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements
• Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements.
• Oversee operation of Table Games area.
• Monitors staff performance, ensuring adherence to casino policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Oversees and maintains integrity of Table Games activity.
• Ensures adherence to proper card inventory policies and procedures.
• Possesses good working knowledge and understanding of Table Games.
• Ensure application and / or compliance of Federal Currency Reporting requirements.
• Fosters and maintains positive staff / management and player relations.
• Assumes the responsibilities of the Table Games Operations Manager in their absence.
• Maintains integrity of all casino promotions.
• Provides excellent guest service.
• Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.

Qualifications

Required Education and / or Experience

• High school diploma or
• 3 years Table Game experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in card room operations to include, but not limited to, experience as a Dealer, Floor Supervisor, Pit Supervisor, Shift Manager Trainee and / or Shift Manager.
• Must possess the ability to differentiate Cheque color and appropriate values of each.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Analytical skills and good computer skills necessary.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

• To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk / work station for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
• Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment.
