HR Director Position Summary

The HR Director is responsible for overseeing employee relations, personnel records, onboarding, and recruitment. Their role also includes the following responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate employee personnel records, onboard and orient new employees, etc.
• Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator, Director of HR and Payroll, or the corporate team.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

HR Director Requirements

• Experience working in Human Resources
• Experience in long-term care preferred
