LPN/RN Baylor Shift Weekend

Available Shifts: 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 PM to 7 AM on Weekends

*Work weekends and one day during the week – Work 32 hours, get paid for 40.

LPN/ RN Baylor Shift Weekend Position Summary

The LPN/RN Baylor Shift Weekend Nurse is responsible for overseeing the business office, billing, resident funds, etc. as well as oversee employee relations, personnel records, onboarding, and recruitment. Their role also includes the following responsibilities: 

·Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.

·Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.

·Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.

·Initiate, review, and update care plans.

·Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.

·Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.

·Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

LPN/RN Baylor Shift Weekend Nurse Requirements

·Current unrestricted LPN/RN license in practicing state

·Current CPR/BLS Certification
