Project Summary & Overview

Looking for Senior and Junior Solution Architects specializing in Dynamics365 CRM-based applications, you will leverage your expertise in Agile and SCRUM Methodology, Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions, Azure Data Services, and Azure Integration Services to assist in the Modernization project for the state of Illinois.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
• Utilize Agile and SCRUM Methodology to manage and deliver technical projects.
• Oversee the integration of Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:

5 years or more experience with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 solutions for Senior Solution Architect.OR1-3 years or more experience with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 solutions Junior Solution Architect.

• Proficiency in Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and management.
• Solid understanding of .NET full-stack development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience with Agile & Scrum Methodology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Nice to have experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.
• Knowledge of North52 and Delphix preferred.
• Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster) preferred.
