1-3 years or more experience with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 solutions Junior Solution Architect.
Project Summary & OverviewLooking for Senior and Junior Solution Architects specializing in Dynamics365 CRM-based applications, you will leverage your expertise in Agile and SCRUM Methodology, Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions, Azure Data Services, and Azure Integration Services to assist in the Modernization project for the state of Illinois.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
- Utilize Agile and SCRUM Methodology to manage and deliver technical projects.
- Oversee the integration of Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery.
OR
1-3 years or more experience with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 solutions Junior Solution Architect.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and management.
- Solid understanding of .NET full-stack development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience with Agile & Scrum Methodology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Nice to have experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.
- Knowledge of North52 and Delphix preferred.
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster) preferred.
