• 6 years of surveying experience; bachelor's degree preferred, an equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted for a degree
• Washington State PLS license
• Knowledge of land surveying principles & practices; working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D in a land survey environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of boundaries and preparation of legal descriptions; understanding of construction staking and calculations
• Valid Washington State Driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance to work at local military installations
• Field experience and the ability to occasionally work in the field as needed
