Business Development Representative
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative ("BDR") to join our world class sales team as a part of AHEAD Sales University. The BDR will generate high quality leads in the form of appointments for the AHEAD sales team. You will focus on new business acquisition, and as such create a critical first impression with prospects through proactive outreach. The candidate should have a strong work ethic and a team-first mentality. This is an entry level Sales position. Prior sales experience is not required.

Whether you are a recent graduate or transitioning your career into sales, AHEAD Sales University will help you get up-to-speed in your role quickly, give you tools to develop and master your role, and help you prepare for a successful sales career at AHEAD.
The BDR must be willing to relocate to NYC for the first 18 months of their employment with AHEAD, working onsite in our Manhattan office (500 Fifth Ave, Suite 1500) a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday).
