What will you do in this job?

  • Primary responsibility is the installation of and day to day support of IT services in multiple states at multiple properties supporting approximately 400 employees.
  • Implement IT projects
  • Advanced technical support for all IT issues and challenges
  • Responds to and investigates all major and minor IT or system issues
  • Makes recommendations to management on need for new equipment and any necessary upgrades to existing infrastructure, to meet the demands of business and the underlying network infrastructure
  • General technical trouble shooting and consultation
  • Plans and prepares for the growth of Infrastructure
  • Maintains current systems; including hardware support, software support and applications of all systems
  • Work independently to perform aforementioned tasks
  • Performs other duties as required

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Information Technology degree, related education preferred, certifications helpful.
  • Minimum 3 years IT Administrative experience
  • Experience in desktop computing, and applications
  • Combination of experience and education that mirrors job duties
  • A positive team attitude and strong interpersonal and guest service skills required for effectively communicating with all personnel; both verbally and written
  • Experience in desktop computing,
  • Experience being the sole person responsible for IT
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and technical skills
  • Ability to provide fast, efficient quality services to business partners
  • Knowledge and understanding of PCI compliance helpful
  • Network support experience helpful
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Emphasis on sharing of knowledge through good communication, peer training and written documentation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive customer service and team attitude
  • Ability to provide quality services and support to business partners
  • Excellent organization and communication skills

What will your work environment be like?

  • You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
  • You'll spend your days working with a unique team of individuals where your views, orientation, culture, background and opinions are welcome as we strive to ensure an inclusive culture.
  • Your role will primarily be in office, with some travel to different locations, approximately 20% travel.
