Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Function in a highly matrixed, fast-paced and team-based environment.
  • Function as part of the agilon health clinical leadership team to drive initiatives with provider partners and the platform team that supports market operations
  • Work under the direction of the Sr. Director to implement, manage, and improve clinical programs at scale
  • Responsible for leading new program and project implementation under the direction of the Medical/Clinical leadership team
  • Responsible for market-level planning, implementation, and support of a Clinical Pathway(s) that are designed to improve clinical and financial results for our partnerships
  • Partners with Markets, Legal/Compliance, Vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely commencement of programs and high operational quality
  • Supports Clinical Pathway infrastructure, with ongoing focus on effectiveness, quality, and diligence to ensure intended outcomes
  • Support the development of innovative care models to create a world-class patient experience with high quality care
    • Oversee project management functions including scope planning, schedule development, resource planning, budgeting, project plan development and maintenance, risk management, reporting, implementation, measures development, and project wrap up
  • Drive high quality results by focusing on supporting the organizational needs
  • Leverage and embrace technology to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and improved clinical results
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to continue to define and support the agilon culture within the market and across the company
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed partnership
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Experience

  • 8 years of experience within a healthcare and/or managed care operations
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role preferred

Education/Licensure:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Language Skills: Strong communication skills both written and verbal to work with multiple internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.  Computer Skills: Ability to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).  Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and analyze large data sets

Pay Range:

$100,000.00 - $122,600.00

Salary range shown is a guideline. Individual compensation packages can vary based on factors unique to each candidate, such as skill set, experience, and qualifications.
