Ahlers & Ogletree Auction Gallery, the leading full-service Fine Art and Antique Auction House located in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Full-Time Consignment Coordinator .

The Consignment Coordinator reports to the Director of Consignments and Auction Operations and acts as the liaison between consignors and the business development / specialist teams within our firm.

The Consignment Coordinator is also the main point of contact for all communications with our consignors and ensures that all pre-sale and post-sale contracts and reports are distributed in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications :

• Experience in managing many projects at the same time and working within a growing and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace and an ability to learn the latest programs with efficiency and ease is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Trustworthy, with a commitment to excellence.
