Columbia Residential is looking to hire an Experienced Professional Community Service Supervisor, who is responsible for coordinating service orders to include: Turnkey operations, move-ins, and preventative maintenance. Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders and property repairs and guide community management staff on maintenance-related issues as needed. Will supervise, train, and mentor service technicians, grounds staff, and housekeepers. Resolve complex issues as it relate to maintenance work orders. Must be hands-on; assist in the completion of work orders. Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations. Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines. Follow-up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction. Various tasks as they relate to maintenance operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.HVAC & Pool Certifications are required. Must have a minimum of 5 years of multi-site property management experience.
