We provide support to over 2,200 people throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties AHRC Nassau partners with a family of organizations including Brookville Center for Children’s Services, Citizens Options Unlimited and Advantage Care Health Centers.
Our Data Processing Clerk will perform data processing and filing duties (electronic and paper) for the Human Resources Department.
In this role, you will:
- Utilize copiers/scanners to upload a high volume of documentation to employee digital files.
- File paper documentation to employees’ files while maintaining confidentiality.
- Perform data entry using various computer systems to enter new hire information.
- Research the status of employees using the HRIS system (UKG) to ensure accurate files.
- Prepare packets and materials for job candidates.
- Ensure applicable compliance-related information is placed within all employee files.
- Ensure shredding of sensitive documents.
- Access various Excel spreadsheets to look up and enter employee information.
We require:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Proven computer data processing and data entry abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented with ability to analyze and assess information independently.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Outlook helpful.
