AHS Vista LLC is Hiring an Emergency department Near Waukegan, IL
Registers patients including obtaining all related documents and conducts regular rounding of the Emergency Room front-area in providing care to patients awaiting triage.
Assists nurses and physicians in providing care to patients in the emergency room waiting area.
Responsibilities :
- Register patients
- Perform CNA duties
- Organize daily activities to include continually monitoring the lobby to ensure limited patient wait times.
- Ensure registered accounts are reimbursable.
- Accept admission reservations and coordinate bed placements.
- Complete pre-registration activities.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Six months experience within a hospital, medical office or insurance office setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Successful completion of State Certified Nursing Assistant training course.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers - CPR certification.
