We are looking for an experienced CREW LEADER to lead a Window and Door Installation crew.

We provide excellent hourly pay with a bonus plan, paid training, 1st shift Monday - Friday hours, a company vehicle, paid travel time to and from the jobsite in addition to an employee focused atmosphere.

Job responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

- Lead a crew of window/door installers in daily tasks and projects.
- Utilize hand and power tools for efficient installation and repairs.
- Oversee heavy lifting and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Demonstrate expertise in door hanging and glass installation.
- Provide guidance on construction site operations and blueprint reading.
- Utilize leadership skills to supervise and motivate team members effectively.

What We Need From You

• Window installation experience: Minimum of 2 years window installation experience is required. Door installation experience is a plus.
• Crew Lead / Supervisory experience: Minimum of 1 year supervisor experience / experience leading a crew.
• Drive to succeed: We are looking for only the best to join our team.

• Driver's license: Travel is required to each customers home using the company provided vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds: Window installation requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
