Must have Payments background, following are highly preferred:

1. Payment Processing expertise is a must
2. Monitor and review incoming and outgoing payments for errors, fraud or discrepancies
3. Essential to communicate across internal/external, vendors, banks and payment service providers
4. Implementing best practices and improvement in payment processing area
5. Preferable experience working in Zuora subscription management product

Responsibilities:

• Convert the business expectations(scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements
• Create Feature list based on the requirements document-Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stakeholders-Writing User Stories-Creation of Wireframe
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to develop the User Interface Screen-Coordination with the stakeholder forgetting sign offs on the user stories, wireframes and Mockups-Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stakeholders-Organizing and leading the knowledge sharing session with the development, testing teams to spread the requirement
• Prepare and maintain traceability matrix
• Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction
• Demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.
• Capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk-through with the stakeholder
• Participate in Bug Triage meetings

Requirements:

• Must have Finance experience background.
• Experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
• Data analysis Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
• Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
• Working knowledge of Windows office systems
