Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will support our marketing initiatives by helping to create engaging content and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment for a chemical company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Assist with event planning, including trade shows and webinars, and prepare marketing materials for events.
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a marketing role; internships in marketing will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with technical fields (physics, chemistry, material science) a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics).
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
