The opportunity:

We currently have an opportunity available for a Key Account Operations to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Distribution Delivery, the successful candidate within this role will be responsible for maintaining and optimising partnership processes and relationships. This role would suit someone who sees themselves as a determined business driver who will help to execute the AIAFW Strategic Business Plan and support change to achieve both growth and customer ambitions.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Be responsible for relationship management of referral partners, supporting both day-to-day interactions and expectations
  • Develop, maintain and optimise distribution processes and frameworks
  • Support the delivery of strategic enhancements and initiatives within the Distribution portfolio
  • Coordination and generation of reporting requirements and collateral as required
  • On-board new partners and nurture partner experience throughout their AIAFW journey
  • Work closely with the Head of Distribution Delivery to support the seamless execution of key business initiatives, positively impacting lead volume, lead quality and improve the financial wellbeing of more customers.
  • Act as a key partner contact to provide day-to-day support. You will also be responsible for:
    • Setting up and coordinating bi-lateral business review cadence
    • Ensuring compliance with partner agreement terms
    • Assessing performance against business plan
    • Ongoing optimisation of processes per strategic partner to consistently improve the joint partnership outcome

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a business analysis or business development role
  • Being commercially astute and numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Degree qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce or related field
  • Diploma of Financial Services and RG146 qualification highly regarded
  • A strong understand of the Australian financial services market
  • An understanding of general advice and personal advice frameworks
  • A results driven and hands on approach to developing delivering solutions
