Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing revenue maintenance, invoicing, and general collection duties. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounts receivable and collections, exhibit strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable collections, including issuing customer invoices, processing refunds, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Handle all incoming cash receipts and reconcile daily credit card deposits.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Monitor transactions for trade compliance
  • Collaborate with global partners to enter and collect royalty revenue.
  • Assist in month-end closing tasks such as bank reconciliation, revenue and expenses reconciliation and sales tax reconciliation.
  • Generate reports and perform analysis as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the accounting department and other departments.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance revenue-related processes and workflows.
  • Work independently while also collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Some college education is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable and collections required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data entry and analysis is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
