This is a part-time, on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at our Prineville, OR location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, assisting with policy changes, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients' needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Qualifications

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
