Well established independent insurance agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative.
Must work well with the public and over the phone. Multitasking a must. Must be willing to get an insurance license.
Required Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Personable, great with customers in person, over the phone and through email
* Able to handle client questions and problems in a professional and respectful way.
* Effective multi-tasking and good at prioritizing and working with deadlines
* Patience
* Must be able to work independently and with other agents and staff.
* Must be able to pay close attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment
Required Qualifications:
* Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Agency management software)
* Reliable history of dependability
Full-Time: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
