What’s the Role?

As the Head of Product, Energy & Utilities at AiDash, you will oversee three key revenue-generating products: Intelligent Vegetation Management System (IVMS), Asset Inspection and Monitoring System (AIMS), and Climate Risk Intelligence System (CRIS). Reporting to our VP of Product and working closely with our Co-Founder & Chief Product and Technology Officer, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution for this product portfolio. Your role will involve a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS go-to-market sales motion and a sharp eye for product positioning and packaging. You will collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Design, Go-to-Market) to create innovative products with intuitive designs and workflows for our users, and you are passionate about sustainability, AI, and leveraging complex data. 

What will you do?

• Develop and drive product strategy by aligning company vision and goals with market insights, customer needs, and the latest AI/ML capabilities 
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to growth, enabling large enterprises to optimize operations and enhance resiliency 
• Strategize and collaborate with sales and product marketing teams on distribution and pricing 
• Own the product roadmap and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, effectively managing short-term and long-term trade-offs
• Define and drive key metrics around adoption and usage, partnering with customer success to gather and leverage customer feedback

• 10-12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, with at least 6 years leading product teams in high-growth, fast-paced startups 
• Demonstrated success in creating innovative and compelling software products or platforms that delight customers and generate significant revenue and market differentiation 
• Expertisein employing productstrategy, product sense and design thinking, to develop robust products. Experience working with AI/ML and Data Science techniques will be a plus
• Proven experience in building B2B (or B2C) SaaS products with a strong customer-centric approach. Experience building Ai/ML-enabled products will be a plus
• Extensive experience in defining, developing, and managing a product roadmap from concept to scale, while effectively collaborating across functions
• Position Location: This position is available in San Jose, CA. We operate as a hybrid company, with twice a week in-office days in our San Jose office location
