Job Title: Hotel Housekeeper
Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and clean environment during their stay. The Hotel Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and vacuuming carpets
- Restock guest room supplies, such as towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
- Dust and polish furniture and other surfaces in guest rooms and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in common areas
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities, such as extra towels or pillows
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position will be competitive and based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off and more.
