The Sr. Construction Project Manager contributes to the organization by bringing significant value through management of key projects. In this role you will be in charge of project management, including coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. You will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects. You will also prepare projects for upper management regarding status of on-going projects.

You will work directly with applicable staff to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. You will coordinate with other departments at AHF to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible

Your Contribution to AHF will include coordinating external resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless project execution. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget while assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. As the Sr. Construction Project Manager you hold a crucial role for AHF by implementing and facilitating the construction of new locations that will allow AHF for continuous expansion and so that services will always be available.
