Recruiter Job Description:
As Recruiter at Allstar Home Services, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our expanding workforce within our family of brands across the United States. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This is an entry level/remote position that offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and thrive in a fast paced environment with ongoing variety. This role reports to the Senior Regional Recruiting Manager
What You'll Be Doing:
Candidate Screening and Interviewing:
Create compelling job descriptions for various positions within the company and post to various partner channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Proactively source and network to identify potential candidates for open roles.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the position.
Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update pipeline candidates for future opportunities within the organization.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Provide guidance on the recruitment process and best practices.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers to update them on the status of open positions.
Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:
Administer skills assessments (Culture Index) and schedule interviews to evaluate candidate capabilities.
Evaluate candidates based on job-specific criteria and cultural fit within the organization.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
~1 year of full desk agency recruitment experience.
