AIM Human Performance is a small business dedicated to providing the highest level of professional and scientifically based personal training.

Our gym has over 30 pieces of exercise tools to help clients reach their goals in a private and safe environment. We work mostly with clients who are currently dealing with orthopedic issues and / or diseases and need personalized guidance to exercise pain-free and reach their health goals.

Our clients want to live a long healthy life that allows them to participate in the activities they love which means they are focused on long term health over looking good.

Now open : The AIM Longevity Lab - Woodbridge's only elite recovery center. Featuring infrared sauna, cold immersion, compression massage, and more located inside the gym.

AIM is committed to providing services to our local community by hosting a health-and-wellness themed book club, completing projects with our local library, partnering with INOVA's Movement Disorders and Parkinson's program, and offering women's self-defense classes.
