Aimé Leon Dore is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to manage the marketing initiatives surrounding our mainline collections and brand moments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle industry, and the ability to work cross-functionally to manage projects across various departments and timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project manage all marketing items across inline seasonal collections and brand initiatives with cross-functional excellence across departments including creative, digital, product, merchandising, and ops.
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets and initiatives across all communication channels including social, e-commerce, retail, press, and seeding.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on strategy across brand pillar initiatives including music, art, sports, and food/drink categories.
- Work in lockstep with internal teams (design, development, creative, marketing, and merchandising) to develop tailored strategies for each project.
- Lead internal meetings with key stakeholders to ensure projects are kept on track and various timelines are met.
- Deliver briefs to creative team for each launch that outline budget, deliverables, key objectives of the projects, and hero items of the given collection.
- Collaborate with digital team on GTM process for project rollouts – strategy, cadence, communication, retail, digital/social, etc.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
- Keep up with industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in marketing/creative with a strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
