Job Description:

The Inside Parts Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales of parts and accessories, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, administrative duties, and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Sales:

- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for their needs.

- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.

- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts.

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Administrative Duties:

- coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory.

- Handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing.

- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

-Clerical Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.

- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.

Customer Service:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
